Early last week Bishop Anne Germond announced the appointment of our own Rev. Pam as the Indigenous Representative to the Executive Committee of the Diocese. In her appointment announcement, Bishop Anne noted that this position was requested by the members of the Executive Committee as a result of the loss of a Diocesan representative from the Anglican Council of Indigenous Peoples due to the reorganization of ACIP representation, stating that the Executive identified the importance of having an individual representing the Indigenous community on board. Let us keep Rev. Pam in prayer as she begins this new appointment alongside her role as rector at Emmaus.
