The Shingwauk Gathering & Conference happens this coming weekend, August 3, 4 & 5th  at Algoma/Shingwauk University Campus.
Emmaus Anglican Church is built on land held by the Shingwauk Trust for which we give great thanks and celebration. We encourage all to participate in this event hosted by Children of Shingwauk Alumni Association which includes:

The Ceremonial Opening of “Reclaiming Shingwauk Hall Exhibition”

Saturday, Aug. 4 at 9:00am
Opening Prayer, Welcoming Remarks & Introduction of Keynote Speakers

Sunday, Aug. 4 at 10:30am
Service of Morning Prayer at Bishop Fauquier Memorial Chapel & Memorial Walk to Shingwauk Cemetery with Bishop Anne Germond and Lana Grawbarger, Lay Pastor at St. John’s Garden River.
